Welcome to Cooks without Borders Cuisine Guides!

Each Cuisine Guide functions like a mini-cooking school. Choose one and use it any way you like — whether it’s dabbling, exploring or immersing yourself in that cooking culture and its techniques. You might want to look up an ingredient, learn more about a dish you tasted and loved, find out what cookbooks we recommend for that cuisine, or see which 5 or 10 or 20 recipes we consider essential. You’ll also find all our stories and recipes for each cuisine within each Guide.

For each Cuisine Guide, we feature an expert in that culinary culture who may advise us on techniques, provide cultural context, contribute recipes and more. (Would you like to be considered as a Resident Expert for a future Cuisine Guide? Drop us a line at info@cookswithoutborders.com.)
