Lucky Peach's Dumpling Dipping Sauce

Adapted from Lucky Peach 101 Easy Asian Recipes by Peter Meehan and the editors of Lucky Peach. We reviewed the book in 2016.

Makes 1/2 cup.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoons water

1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Stir together the ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with dumplings.
